Attributes Planning in BOA

Hello Group

Is there any way we can do planning or change the attributes of any of characteristics/Members within Bex Layout with BOA.

or use drop down menu on any of the attribute of characteristics.

Another question -  Can we attach or link pictures on the characteristics/members within the layout.

My question was more on master data planning, as Cornelia pointed out.

We had some options in Bex WAD, to create drop down buttons, check boxes for characteristics or master data. Do we have any of those features in BOA?

Hi Serby,

Analysis for Office is not full of standard objects for planning as we were used from WAD (it has not even as many as the Bex :-((

In AfO you have to create those obejcts and functionality using VBA

you need to look through the AfO documents provided in SAP help, there was a list somewhere with lot´s of VBA commands which can be used.

planning in SAP BW is a BI-IP feature.

In BI-IP only key figure values can be planned.

Master data planning is not supported.

there is a new feature called "master data as key figure" but I have not tried this one.

On Analysis for office you have a setting that enable the planning tool and you are able to
create your own layout. Check the setting and tool bar below:

Once you add a input ready query you will be able to work with the tool:
