ESS and MSS Employee Profile (SAPUI5) differs in browsers

Hi everyone,

recently we have added the SAP HR Renewal Pack 1 & 2, and also switched on the ESS and MSS interfaces for the NWBC, build in SAPUI5.

Most of these interfaces work perfectly, but there is one view that gives us problems. This is the Employee Profile View(HRESS_EMP_PRO_G).

We've tested this view in different browsers. Chrome shows the view correct, but Internet Explorer and Firefox do something weird to this view. It seems to be a problem with the SAPUI5 Carousel component that is used to show the views within the Profile View. Looking in the source code of the page, in Chrome this carousel is set to be horizontal (sapUiCrslHorizontal), but this part is missing in the source code when opening the view in either Firefox or Internet Explorer.However, when opening the view on itself using /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/HRESS_EMP_PRO_G/index.html, this attribute is there, and the view is correctly shown.

Does any of you guys have any idea how this can happen?

whats the version of IE and backend SASPUI typically you can see there are many fixes released for this.

I've tried in IE 11 and the latest Firefox. and we're on SAP_UI 740 SP 10.
