Travel request & Expense report coming as blank

Hi all,

Our basis has configured ADS and when I checked the Travel request form and expense report form in PDF, THe page is completely coming as blank. No information is fetching into it.

Kindly guide us where we are wrong.

Hi,

Check from the Back-end from R/3 using TCode - PR05. Is opening the PDF or not. If it is opening from backend then there is no problem in ADS configuration. May be problem in portal and consult with EP Consultant.

Even from R/3, I am getting the same blank screen for Travel request and travel expense.

So what could be problem..?

which browser ur using ...check in IE 11 vesion or check in sicf services active or not ...

sicf > sap > bc> webdynpro > sap > check below for travel activate all

Yes, we are in IE 11.

And in SICF, everything is active.

Is there any problem from ADS Configuration side... or anything missing from config..??

Blank page is coming both in PR05 & ESS

Here there is no payroll has implemented yet. So no way of checking the salary statement.

Both are there..Is there anything missing from ADS config side..??

How can I check whether ADS Config is correct or not.

I checked the program FP_TEST_00(PDF is showing) and FP_PDF_TEST_00(Version number is showing).

Both are working. This means ADS Config is correct..??

So what could be the issue now.

Basis is telling ADS Config is correct. But in Travel  req both in PR05 and Portal, PDF is displaying as blank.

I have gone to snote and downloaded the 766191. And when I go to read, there also it is showing blank page, infact all notes showing as blank.

So basis team told they will work on it.

Hope if they resolve it , it will solve the Travel pdf issue as well

can u check it from se80 once .....and try in another browser like mozila firefox or IE 11 it needs adobe flash plug in  to load
