Hi
I have installed Crystal Reports 2013 SP1 on a Windows 8 PC but every time I try and print any report the application stops responding.
I have reinstalled Crystal but it hasn't helped.
anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks
Adam
Updating to the current SP will not hurt either:

Hi Adam,
This is most likely a printer driver issue.
First make sure the driver you're using is certified for Windows 8.
This could also happen due to the one or more corrupt printer drivers on the machine.
Although you might not be using a particular printer, Crystal Reports for some reason, still crashes if a particular printer driver is corrupt.
Start by removing one printer driver at a time and test. You could then reinstall the one you need.
