SAPSPrint - PDF file is not created in Output folder

Hi, All

Please kindly lend me you expertise.

When I try to print document into PDF format by using SAPSPrint, files are not created in Output folder while they are created in Log folder.

In the log, it mentions nothing about creating file in Output folder though the Log level is set as 9, and actually I cannot find what the problem is.

Can anyone help me with handling this issue?

Hello Eri,

Does this issue depend on the SAPGUI version or patchlevel?

If yes, please advise the currently installed SAPGUI version and patch on  your workstation.
