Hi, I have a question on SMP3 and AppDevelopment (Agentry):

I got a connection to the backend error, I am not sure if this is caused by system number & client number entry mistake in JavaBE.ini ?

How do I find a correct  system number & client ? Thank you.

The connection information is stored in the JavaBE.ini.  You did not indicate what product you are working with, is it work manager?

Did you verify your backend confirmation in the management cockpit after deploying the app?  the error seems to indicate it thinks your agentry application is running in Development mode and it cannot find the definitions to load.

If you are in dev mode, did you publish from the edtior to your application directory?

It is not a work manager application

I managed to deploy the app as production, and the backend information populated. Please confirm, the backend information is populated only for production  ?

The Management cockpit will show backend settings for both Development and production logic.  If you upload an application Zip file to the SMP Server this would be production logic, but you published right to the application folder, this is development logic:

What one are you tring to use?  The "MyFlight' application right now?  if so, would it be possible to remove the SAPWM one for now until you get the other working?

I see you are running SMP SP04 runtime, SP05 is already released, can you upgrade to this version?

I Have upgraded to SP05 and removed SAPWM, but the issue still the same.

Found the steplet name has to be the same as the java class name
