Hi Shanmukh,
Root cause of this issue is hidden in AGR_HIERT table where you will find Japanese descriptions are not maintained for those concerned transactions.
You can maintain this text through SE63>Short text>S3>ACGR Roles>Object Name (that is your role name under which concerned transactions have been maintained and please be sure that this one should be a ROOT role of Derived role that has been assigned to the user) then select Source and Target language (JA)>Edit> here you will find AGR_HIERT fields where original transaction text and below that field you can maintain Japanese text for that transaction. Then save it and check your Agr_Hiert table.
It will directly reflect the Japanese transaction text in to user's menu.

Pratik

What Yuksel wrote ... but also ...
did you check whether Japanese is a complete translation? Translations are done in -like- 5 classes or so: bits, more bits, ... complete.
Go to the globalization page in SAP marketplace and check.
Also - some languages require additional transports, notes, add-ons etc.

Hi Mylene,
Thanks for your prompt response.
I would request you to describe little more briefe.

What you mean by complete translation ?
Kindly suggest on both.

Sorry, I was joking.
The translation classes:
Where the lowest level is what I called "bits". It's the case with Danish. Most of the menus are translated, but only on the top tier. If you open a drop-down ... English. Some of the more "exotic transactions" - English.
But I just checked. Japanese seems to be completely translated.
However, please check the "Globalization" site on SMP. There's lots of more information. Additional notes, etc.
