We have observed that some of the material document are not stored in the table after generated the material document, Kindly help us to fix this issue.

Can it be that the user got express messages, that were gently ignored?
In this case check in SM13 for the reason for the posting failure

Checked SM13 but no posting failure.
Dear Sivam,
Might be the issue because of table over locking, kindly check the same with your Basis consultant and confirm.
Also pass the material document into both MKPF & MSEG tables and check whether both table got updated or not.

We have checked and found the it is not updated in MKPF but it is showing in MSEG.
