Inspection lot not displayed in T-code QE51N

Hello Gurus,

I have activated inspection type 03 in material master in quality management view.

Then in production routing

Header I have activated inspection point 150,

In operation I have selected control key PP04 (Insp char required)

Detail operation I have given time related with frequency of 2 hours.

For the operations I have assigned MIC's and selected sampling procedure with

inspection point.

When I am releasing the production order Inspection lot is getting generated and

in QA32 I am able to see the inspection lot.

and also able to do the result recording with transaction QE01.

But when I am going to T code QE51N and entering the inspection lot number in

Inspection lot tab system is not displaying the inspection lot nos in QE51N transaction.

and throwing error as No Entries Found with error message as QE651

Kindly help and provide me your valuable suggestions

Thanks

Aditya

Hi Aditya,

Please check the control key settings which was maintained in routing.

Control key should have checked the "Scheduling" "det cap requirments " and "ins char required" check box" (refernce control key "PPQM"

also check your operation duration should be more than your time interval

Let me know if it helps you

Thanks

Hi Aditya,

Please can you double check the below setup -

a) In QE51N go to the tab "Inspection lot number", give the inspection lot which you can see in QA32, uncheck long-term inspection and default next inspection points, give appropriate inspection date range, clear all selection profiles, etc and execute it. Please check if now you can see your inspection lot here.

b) If you are using "Material" tab then please can you input all your entries correctly, and try to avoid any layouts.

As you are already able to do result recording using QE01, hence thought of checking if there is any input related issues with QE51N.

Thanks,

Arijit

Hi Aditya,

When creating the inspection lot the date of the production version is taken into account.

If the inspection characteristics have been added to the assigned routing after that date, the system cannot find them. So the lot will be created without characteristics.

You can do the following:

1. Add the relevant data to the routing for valid-from-date ANDAT of PLKO.

OR

2. Create a new production version with a valid-from date later than the valid-from date of the assigned routing and later than the creation date of the PLMK entries (characteristics).

Regards,

Natália
