Succession Planning in SAP HCM-EHP6

Hi all,

I am using EHP6 without NAKISA and SSFF.

Currently I am working on succession planning module.

I configured the things as below…

•         IMG> Talent management and talent development>Succession Planning

•         IMG> Talent management and talent development>Talent Groups

•         IMG> Talent management and talent development>Talent Profile

•         IMG> Talent management and talent development>Qualification in talent Management

•         IMG> Talent management and talent development>Basic Settings> Career types & level



I have installed the  following Business Packages:

  • Business Package for Talent Management Specialist 1.41(Talent Management Specialist)
  • Business Package for Manager Self Service 1.41 (Talent Management available in MSS )
  • Business Package for Employee Self Service 1.41

I need do a test , but I need know how work the t.code   HRTMC_PPOM.


Can anyone help me ?

What help do you require?

The basic principles of HRTMC_PPOM are quite similar to PPOME in org mgmt but there is a different type of data being dealt with.

Have you read the SAP Help page?

Key to note the use of relationship 741 (O-S) for area of responsibility.

Hi.

I have this requirement:

1. It requires the system can  identify through a brand or parameter the paths defined in a career plan, ie, to keep traceability.

2. Displaycareer planforthe employeeusing the Employee Self-Service.

3. It is required that the system allows the employee to display the job description using the employee self-service

Hi Carmen

In order to use the T code : hrtmc_ppom , you can assign any CP ID as a successor to any position selected from the hierarchy under the Tab " Successor "with the ranking and readiness criteria. The same on saving , can be seen in talent profile of the employee who has been assigned as a successor.
