Default Favourites in HR Renewal Landing Page Lane

Hi All,

How can we default favourites in a lane, for example, MY Reports. I was thinking that by accessing landing page URL with an addition "scope=CUST" (i.e. in customization mode) should have set the favourites for all users. But it doesn't seems to be working.

So, is it possible at all? If yes, then how.

Hi Siddharth,

What we are trying to do is to offer default favourites to users (they should be able to change though). Frequently used item may change depending on user's activity.

With "scope=CUST", isn't the changes applies to all users as its a customization?

actually it does, but favorites are set by users and not by admins. it maybe a limitation or missing functionality, you can raise a OSS message we can follow it up, as i havent this behavior.

Any update if this functionality is available in latest versions of HR Renewal 2.0. FP5

We have implemented HR Renewal and are in process of upgrading to latest version and wanted to get this functionality along with few others.

I know its quite a time that you posted above response, but this information will be really helpful.

there is no functionality made available for this as its meant to be user driven setting for favorites
