G/L Account is Blank in 2LIS_03_UM

Dear ALL,

Good Morning,

Datasource 2LIS_03_UM is not populating the G/L Account (SAKTO). Even when I fill the setup table, the field SAKTO is blank.

Could anyone suggest me from which table this field will be populated because we have requirement to get the G/L Account from BSEG table against the document no.

Is there any way to get the data other than the datasource enhancement.

Hi,

Above gl account number is not pulling from BSEG.

so please check about enhancement and maintain required logic at cmod.

Even Amit suggestion also good solution.

If you have GL account from bseg table thru other data sources and laoded into bw, then you better to think about look up concept and full fill you needs in bw without enhancement.

Thanks for the reply. Right now we have done the same but sometime if data loading failed or delay in loading in GL datasource then the GL accounts were blank in the inventory.

I am very much curious that if this field is available in the datasource then why it is blank. It could be filled from the bseg table.

Even in sap help link also they didn't mention about source table.

its field was exist but sources was not mentioned. not sure why.

when you do look ups, then first we need to load look up source data.

Later you need to run your inventory data loads. other wise you gl account will be blank.

Yes you are right, even I have also checked from the SAP help but no information found about the table.

Lets see if any members faced this issue.

Hi,

Make use of table - "T030" where you can get the GL accounts based on Valuation class.

From UM datasource, you would be getting Material & Valuation class..

In material master, Valuation class is maintained for each material. Valuation class & GL account combination is maintained in "T030".

By this you can link up the GL accounts with revaluation data at BW side as well.

Hello,

As Pavan mentioned it can be through T030. Get the Val.Grpg Code (bwmod) from T001K by passing which valuation area and company code that you get from 2lis_03_UM.

Then pass bwmod, bklas, ktosl  = 'BSX' into T030 and pick up the GL account

Hi Abhishek,

Do ypu have standard fi-gl datsources installed and running.

If yes these datasources bring data from BSEG table.

May be you can do a look up from the fi-gl dso's and populate data in the target. For this you might need to check connecting link (a unique key) between the two.
