Inbox search result mismatch of creation date with work item actual date

Hi Expert

In IC email system, group mail Id has recieved Email on 01.12.2014 and search result of Inbox showing creation date 02.12.2014.

As per Work Item actual creation date is 01.02.2014 but there is mismatch of Creation date in CRM Inbox search result (WEB UI) for this work item.

Please help me to analyse this issue.

Did you check the date mapping configuration in the Agent Inbox configuration?

Hi Arden

This issue is coming for particular 4-5 work item only from last 2- days.
For rest of other work item are showing correct creation date in Inbox search
result.

I will check date mapping configuration in the Agent Inbox configuration.

let me know if i need to check any other config related to same

Is your system hosted in a different located (country/region) to where you are accessing the CRM System?

Hi

There is 3Hr 30 min difference between user and my location/region.

Rest of other work item showing correct Creation date, do I need to debug system ?

Check Time Zone is maintained in SU01 (in Defaults tab) apart from system time which would be UTC.
