Dear Sandeep
did you configere WWI.Ini correct and did you properly do the WWI set up on the server? the WWI cookbook explains on very detail level how the "pdf" printing need to be prepared an the topic is one of those discussed here very often. I can not provide on top informaiotn to the cookbook. If you strcitlyfollow it it will work (but if yo umiss one step or do it wrong; you will not succeed; you will find a lot of threads about "issues" in WWI set up.
If I check log file: then no directory e.g.
C:\Temp\
exist and therefor now "Ps" print stream can be generated (to be then push/pulled to SAP for printing)

Check these OSS notes

Dear Sandeep
INbound reports are "special" in comparison to normal WWI reports. Any WWI server need to have the same set up. Normally a pdf file is passed from SAP DMS to WWI server and then back and you will then get only a "print stream"; For normal WWI reports process is "slightly" different
a.) can you display pdf file in CG54 locally?
b.) which set upyou have done in SAP and on WWI server side
c.) Please check the "WWI Cookbook" which is mentioned very often here. By reading you should be able to identify the "set up" error

Hello Chris,
Thanks for your response.
Actually, I am facing an issue in converting the file from .PDF to .PS .I have setup a convert printer and with local port "X:/wwi/temp/target.prn" . But when we run program "RCVDEVEN" , local port is getting deleted again & again.
In WWIINFO log i found that "Word 14.0 Macro Security : X:\WWI\ is NO trusted location".
Is this can be a problem?

Sandeep Kumar
Dear Sandeep
check WWI cookbook (which is mentioned very often here). A lot of information can be foung regardign "access rights" on the windows server (forWWi installation) to be checked and granted etc. I can remember that something about "macro security" is mentioned there as well
C.B.
PS: Cookbook and further OSS notes provide quite helpfulinformaiotn about "Windows" version which is supported and WinWord version
