Hello Experts
I'm very much new to SAP CRM Interaction center. we have a requirement where in we have to sync emails from a third party email account ( say for
example yahoo, google ) to SAP. Now my question is how can we route these emails( Emails that have been successfully synced to SAP) to IC agents. NO ERMS is configured. is there any standard routing procedure to route the emails to IC Agents?

E-Mail routing to IC agents can be done using ERMS Workflow or Agent Inbox Workflow - for further info check my comment on the bottom of the SAP Library page for E-Mail E-Mail - Interaction Center WebClient - SAP Library.
