SAPGUI for html applet. Security warning. Signature not readable.

Hi Guys,

I have created a transaction iView for downloading reports.

     Now when i try to download a report, it shows a security info telling that applications digital signature has been verified. do you want to run the app. When i click on run, another popup appears, do you trust the certificate of the page. When i click on yes, it shows a security warning telling

"the signature was not readable. inform your system administrator" . If you click on continue, the popup appears again saying the same thing. After that it shows an abap runtime error.

Please help me to solve this issue.

Hi Madhu,

Please check note 1692680. I faced same problem. In my case, I did some changes in PSE. I deleted the PSE & recreated with default. It worked for me.

Can you tell me what changes did you do in PSE and also how did you do it. It will be very helpful.

Hi Madhu,

I had imported PSE from other server & after that this problem started. I had deleted the PSE ( System, Server & Client ) & recreated them with default. It started working for me.After that, I edited PSEs properly with the imported SSL. You can try this.

What are your system details? BASIS and Kernel?
