IC Agent E-Mail Set Up

Hello Guys,

I got a new requirement to work on IC Agenet EMail Channel.

I'm Completely new to this and i don't know where i have to start and how to set up IC Agent Function Configuration and web configuration.

Could any  body please provide the sequence of procedure how to setup IC Agent E-Mail Set UP.

For step-by-step information, I always recommend to search for a configuration guide in SAP Best Practices.

For example for CRM

1. Check Availability Matrix for appropriate SAP Best Practice Version for your product version
2. E.g. CRM 7.0 EHP3 -> SAP Best Practices for CRM V6.703
3. Go to the Best Practice Version on CRM Overview Page
4. Display the Preequisite Matrix for overall processes or the Content Library for detailed information on building blocks
5. For Example: in Content Library for SAP Best Practices CRM V6.703  with ERP integration, you find building block C4B: CRM Interaction Center - E-Mail Settings
