Rejection reason not flowing from ECC to CRM.

Hi,

We have a scenario in which Sales Order gets created in ECC and replicates to CRM. In this order Items are non delivery items and are having milestone billing.

The Item may be rejected in ECC with rejection reason added in ECC system but this rejection reason is not flowing to CRM system.

Kindly help us in this regard

Hi Atul,

This can be due to the fact that the rejection of rejection is not configured in SAP CRM. Could you please check this

Path: CRM-> Transaction -> setting for sales transaction - >Define reason for rejection.

in case you find the config is correct. I would request to do a request download for this order and check error Bdocs this will lead you to the exact error cause.
