Infomaker Install Problem

I have installed Infomaker 11 on windows 7, 64 bit and have a license file. However I get the following message in the sysam.log file.

***Invalid property file or missing a mandatory edition property.

I've searched and found issues about an invalid .lic file but I don't think that is the issue. I'm guessing it has something to do with sysam starting up as a service but I don't know where to look for this.

I see that you've posted the same question on the other PB site.  That is actually the better place to post your questions as it gets more traffic.
