Hi t here.
We have installed on our System Landscape SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 SP4. We set up a project to move into the VM World.
My question is very easy, is SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 released for SAP ERP ECC 6.0. I didnt find the SNote in the SMP
about that. So i think, SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 is now not released for SAP Products!! ( Kernel relationship/ SAP Kernel 720/721
Somebody knows more?

Hi Everone,
now its already mid of June 2015. Are they any news about
the release of SLES 12 for SAP applications.
Suse is already advertising it's product for month now, but
nothing in sight of SAP.
Kind Regards,
Carsten Löffler

Hello Ralf,
SLES12 is not yet released by SAP, because most Databases which are required (including Oracle, DB2/LUW and others) are not yet released for this distribution either. At the same point when those databases get released by their vendors, we will release SLES12 for SAP as well.
Best regards,

Although the OS is still not listed in PAM, I believe it's only a matter of time before it's updated.
You can find the product and documentation of SLES 12 for SAP here:
https://www.suse.com/documentation/sles_for_sap/pdfdoc/sles_for_sap_guide/sles_for_sap_guide.pdf
It's not currently supported to have BI 4.1 SPS05 running on SLES 12, though.
Hi Ralph,
I attended a SUSE Linux Expert Session yesterday. It appears that SUSE 12 is still in QA at SAP.
A lot of new features in the product!
