Hi experts,
I have a problem regarding integration between module Real Estate and Financial Accounting in SAP. This case about aging account receivable report. My client use SAP real estate to posting AR Billing.
Is it possible to define baseline date in account receivable (FI) based on document date that posted using RERAPP (SAP RE-FX)?
Thanks for anyone can help my issue
Dear Viary,
We can not define base line date at the time of periodic posting (RERAPP). Base line date is nothing but your due date only and you can define it in contract details only.
In Sales based settlement (RESRSE) you can define the base line date at the time of settlement only.
Thanks

Hi, small correction the baseline date is not identical to the due date. The baseline date is used to calculate the due date. So this means that baseline date + payment terms = due date
Therefor postings for different customers with the same baseline date can still result in different due dates if their payment terms are different.
cheers, Andre
