Retrieving of missing data package from ECC Source

Hi All,

There is a missing data package during infopackage load.

During a delta infopackage load, one data package got stuck, after which the Total Status was manually made to green when the technical status was still yello. Now after the completion of this the next three more delta requests ran successfully.

However, in the first delta load one package already missed (12th Package). Please give any input to retrieve this data in the missing package.

There is errorneous TRFC for this package.

Source system is ECC 6.0

Hi Soram,

in ECC Side try to execute the respective TRFC's whihc is stucked.

if it is deleted by BASIS then there is no way to get the data.

Have you checked what is the exact error?

have you checked your ecc job log of your info pack?

You can try to load 12th package only by using menu options at info pack monitor.

Menu, Edit-->init updating-->settings for further update-->packet should be processes in the background.

Hi below mentioned is the failed package. In this delta load, only this package didn't come to PSA, rest of the requests got loaded to psa and then to the target.

After this load, three more delta requests got loaded successfully. So, we will not be able to find the missing records of the failed package from repeat delta too. Is there any way to find these missing records.

At PSA you may that request(which have failed 12th package), if yes then from psa you can load that request data into Excel.

Later you find the releavnt requet which is related to your psa request form cube/dso level.

from target down load that data into excel.

Later use excel sheet options and compare/find the missed records.

Actually when we get delta load failures, first  we need to find the error and solve the issue.
