what is navigation fot the change of the authoriazationm, for the all users through company code.

Am not sure what u exactly mean to do but try the following on what i made out.
Else pl clarify a bit more.
Actually users are assigned with roles which in turn defines their authorizations ,irrespective of company code.
So to change the authorization of a user u need to modify the role assigned to that user. If a role z*** is assigned to 10 users and we modify the role, authorization for all these 10 users are modified.
To change the authorization first check what roles he has been assigned with via tcode su01.
Modify the role in tcode PFCG--->Goto Authorization tab in edit mode--> Change Authorization data.
Save and generate.
