Is anyone else having issues with the new BSI Sync Data Tool and table BTXFORM?

BSI Sync Data Tool - RPUPAYUS_SYNC_TAX_DATA

I am currently testing the sync data tool in our SAP test client and after loading a few different tubs I have noticed that table BTXFORM
is repeatability being updated with data that alternates with each run.   All other tables appear to be updating correctly.

Example:  Tax Auth. 00000000 (FED) Tax Cat 01 Valid 01/01/2015 F No. 01 Group no. 01 Res Code 3 changes
(toggles) from the Title of “Bankruptcy” to PCT MTHD-RES, US, CAN, MEX and then back again with the next run.  

Since everything is coming through BSI I would expect this data to stay consistent. 

Please advise

We contacted BSI and they told us to contact SAP.  We sent an OSS note to SAP and they created a fix for this issue.  See SAP note: 2135503 v3.

We are having the same issue.  The note above is not released.  Were you able to resolve the issue?

Yes, the note (Rev 3) did resolve the issue for us.  You may need to put in an OSS note with SAP.  I don't know why that note has not yet been released.
