How do I create different costing lot sizes for the same material?

I am trying to find out how I create different costing lot sizes for the same products. Here are some examples and info that I am trying to capture. So that we can view a project cost for the product.

Product "A"

Lot size-1,000 lb, 1500 lb, 2000 lb,....

However each batch size may require more labor and machine time to produce and I would like the labor and machine cost to also adjust with the batch size.

Any help would be great! We are new at using SAP and so please explain things in detail if you can
