Hi Preetha,
To resolve the issue you need to create a new trace file
- call transaction ST01
- and then choose "Admin" (the tool button) and then choose "Switch".e
Follow the sapnote for exact cause
1071831 - Trace file is corrupt in transaction ST01 or ST05

Hello,
Try deleting old traces in ST05 -> Display trace directory.
Also in ST01 -> GoTo -> Administration -> Click on Change button. -> It will save existing trace file and create new trace file.

Your Trace file has reached the end of file . Now you have the option to reset the trace file / create a new one .
