Limited functionality on top of HANA Views??

Hi everyone,

I am trying to build some reports on top of HANA Views directly and I noticed that there are many features inactive such as Filter by measure, Dynamic Calculations, Calculate Totals as etc. When I report on BW Objects, the whole functionality is there.

Is there any reason for that? Should I activate sth from my side? I use Analysis for Office 1.4.

Hi Giorgos

I do not have the answer, but can tell you that we experience the same thing.  I have AFO 1.4.10 on top of Hana SP8 calculation view and none of those functionalities work.

There is nothing that we have found to activate on the Hana side either.
