SAP EHS Medical Service Data Carrier SAP - System Not defined

Hi Experts,

Am facing this issue in SAP EHS - in Medical Service when am uploading the documents i got the bellow message.

"Data carrier SAP-SYSTEM not defined". and see the screen shot.

Pls can you guide me on this .

Hi Suresh,

As per error screen, If you want to store any Original attachments of DMS document types in Content Repository of a Content Server. You need to check the KPro check box in DMS configuration of that specific document type.

Below screen shot for your reference.

Then only those Original attachments will go and store in the content server. I mean any attachments which you want to store against to a medical service.

I think Natalia is right, you need to follow that note.

If you are still struggling, please check these screenshots.

so in first screenshot under Basic Dada and tools select "Assign EH&S doc type to DMS Doc Types and in 2nd screenshot under data carrier enter your content repository.

This will solve your problem.

Hope you maintained all values in DC20 for Data Carrier type "Server, Front End", if not, please enter them. Most important is the path.

I am not sure how to share other links from SCN, but you can also check some other experts detailed suggestions "Need help in setting up data carrier" subject.
