LP12 Material staging, quantity rounding

Hi gurus,

We are working in a WM-PP project. In WM material staging to production.

We are using different strategies to supply production with needed material.

We have some kind of materials that area moved to production in batches (i.e. boxes of 100 units) and we need to consider the stock that we already have in the production area.

For example, the production orders need 25 pieces we already have in production 5 pieces, so we need to move a new box, 100 pieces.

The LP12 transacion is OK for this process because it considers the stock that we already have in production, but the problem is that I am not able to apply any "lot size" criteria in this transaction.

In the previous example, in the LP12, the system proposal is to move 20 units (25-5), the exact quantity needed. I need a "rounding" to the "batch" size. In this case, instead of 20 units, I need to move 100 units.

Do you have any idea to solve this issue? Any help will be appreciated!

Solved.

We are going to use the MF60 transaction with the flag "WM Rel.ord.part" instead of the LP12.
