How to recover deleted Transactions?

Hi Friends,

We had a problem is that whenever follow up transaction created and while coming back to Parent we couldn't find the parent transaction exist in the system. Surprise issue without Parent saved we cannot move to follow up and while coming back from Child to Parent parent transaction information is lost.

Can anybody help or guide me on this issue. This is happening rarely and couldn't replicate other than in Production.

Hi Venkat

Check if the Parent doc is saved properly, without any errors. Note down the transaction number(which is unique). Create followup and save the followup without any errors. Note the transaction number of follow-up document.

Also you can find transaction history (Link Parent or child document) under assignment block Transaction History.

The transaction numbers can be used for searching the doc, if you are not able to navigate back properly.

You can also check the entry in table crmd_orderadm_h   by document type, date and time in the SAPGUI.
