ELM: File upload not happening

Hi,

I have made all necessary configuration for ELM (including the activation of workflows); everything seems to be fine but when I am uploading the file, nothing happens. There are no error or warning messages, no changes of the check-lights (yellow) etc. That is why I do not have any clue what to do or to check next.

I would really appreciate your help.

Can you try to upload that data file in Mapping format (edit --> Preview section) and see if that is working atleast.

Also check SU53 if any authorization is missing.

I have created the mapping format without problems; I was able to upload it in Preview; also, there are no authorizations missing.

I have found the error: it seems I was not careful enough when checking the workflow settings so that one of the tasks (14008000) was not classified as general.
