Creating anew BP in interaction center.

Hi All,

I have created my new custom component with a view to create BP.

User has to manually enter the BP details(this details include BUSINESS PARTNER NUMBER) and when he clicks on create button, it should create a new BP in CRM.

Can anyone tell me how to acheive this.

Hi Aishwarya,

There is no need to create a Custome Component to BP. It is a very basic standard Functionllity in CIC.

If still want to create a Customer Component, Go it CIC Account Identification tab, there you can find Create Button. Check the technical details for that View, then go the BSP_wb_cmpwd then give the details over there, by taking this as base you can create your Custome Component for pratice.

80% of any Client requirement will be avaliable by standard functionalities, Please check how to go about that.....

Using the SAP Standard IC_AGENT business role, it is possible to create a Business Partner in the Interaction Center.

Could you please explain your process more clearly.

For what purpose do you need a custom component?
