Dashboard line chart displays random vertical lines

Hallo guys

We have a problem with one of our dashboards (so far in Dev and Prod, QA is fine)).

Grey lines randomly appear. When the dashboard loads (on refresh) there is a 70% chance that you are going to see funny stripes, it's completely random, not related to the user.

Any ideas????

The dashboard uses a few SAP Netweaver BW connections directly to BW (no BObj) and displays in the portal.

We are on NW 7.4 SP6 and dashboard design 4.1 SP4

This has been a known bug in the tool(SAP BO Dashboards). Apply latest patch to fix this. Check the patch release notes to know the minimum patch level containing the fix (I guess Patch 2, just search for ADAPT01729635), but better to go for the latest available patch as that will contain other fixes too.

Rightly said by Arijit and just to add to it there is a workwround to it.

1)Open the dashboard in the dashboard designer.

2)Go to the properties of the charts and in the behaviour tab uncheck the option to enable the animation.
