CV04N Process for sign several Documents in once?

Hi, did anybody now a way to sign more then one Document with a single Signature?

I tried to place a status change process in CV04n but the i get e.g. 10 Documents 10 times the signature dialog.

My collegues like to sign 20 Documents in once with ontime signatur.

I check in TC77 the key is just SIGN_NO

Any Ideas??

maybe it could be useful to create a process for CV04N. This can be defined in the customizing at

Cross-Application Components

>> Document Management

     >> General Data

          >> Start Processing for Documents

I think that here an individual program is necessary that collects the document data from the selected documents of the CV04N result and then triggers the signature pop-up for them. Maybe the function modules SIGN_DOCUMENT_CREATE or SIGN_DOCUMENT could be useful.

Thanks Christoph, but this (process in CV04n) I allready tried.

As I say i just see Table TC77 with 1:1 connection between SIGN-NO and Document.
So where did you think, that SIGN_DOCUMENT_CREATE could help me?

HI Kim,

this is just an idea, but maybe in a special report there can be a LOOP over the selected document info records to trigger SIGN_DOCUMENT_CREATE and sign all these DIRs but the user and password has to be entered only once.
