Hi BPC Community,

We have a User, whose action pane freezes when selecting a dimension in the Current View window. Can you provide any insight on this problem?

Hi Barry,

if the user has a double monitor the cause could be that the window was created off screen in this case is sufficient to follow Bring Misplaced Off-Screen Windows Back to Your Desktop (Keyboard Trick) or sap Note 1505675 - BPC: Dialog and dimension selection dialog windows are not displayed

otherwise is very difficult to say, as Charlie wrote try deleting (don't worry it will recreated at the first connection) PC_MS folder in my document (user) folder, try uninstall and reinstall BPC and verify that the user has all supported sw with your bpc version.

Hi Barry,

Can you ask the end user to rename the folder PC_NW in "My Document" Folder so that next time he/she logon to excel client, a new PC_NW folder will be created and the new master data will be downloaded into this folder as well.

We had same issues but on BPC10. We installed EPM Add-In SP 20 to fixed the issue may be you need to upgrade to last EPM Add In for 7.5
