Formula %CT returns no Data

Hallo all,

I have a problem with the formula %CT in AO.

We use Version 1.4.10.3295

Now to the problem. In the row I have the attribute material general group and in the collumn two key figures:

"turnover" and the formula "%CT turnover"

So far so good.

But now if I want the two key figures with regard to a customer, I become as result for the formula "NE". See attached File:

Why doesn't the formula doesen't work after inserting customer.

Could you please help me?

I'm new in this topic.

Could you see these help links to see if your %CT is meeting the criteria for NULLS?

Hallo Tammy, hallo Cornelia,

thank you for your help.

In the SAP Help I found a text section: "If a characteristic has been drilled down in both the rows and the columns, this reference is not unique. The system displayes a warning and the relevant symbol for Data Does Not Exist."

So this must be the reason why it doesen't work.

how is the key figure for turnover defined?

Maybe there is any exception aggregation used for the sold to party?
