GRC 10.1- EnduserLogon Page is accepting Invalid User & Passwords

Hi ,

We have configured End User Logon Page. The Authentication Data source is set to LDAP.

Issue is , the End User Logon page accepts any invalid User ID or password . Please suggest if any one has come across such issue.

This issue will arises when LDAP binding function fails.

check the below Note and apply for correction

Hello Deepak, the End-User verification setting is set to "Yes".

Baithi - I did check the note you have suggested but we are implementing GRC 10.1 and when I checked in SNOTE the Note Implementation Status says "Cannot be implemented".

Have you mapped the LDAP connector and fields correctly? Also double check your User Data Source settings and see if verification has been enabled.
