Hi experts,
we have a throuble with the Organizational Data of the ticket created with ERMS from incoming Email.
The incoming mail is from a Contact person of a Business Partner Account.
The question is that the ticket isn't assigned to no one organizational unit (see the image below, the fields Sales and Service are Void)
We would like that the Organizational Data are compiled with Org Data of the Activity Partner (the principal Business Partner whom the Contact Person sending the email is belonging).
Anyone could kindly help us?

Hi,
or you can change org data determination rule that is assigned to service request doc type you are using,
or you can update coding of your ERMS service for service request creation - you might be using standard one AH_CREATE_SR or its copied version. So you will need to create new one or update it with determination of org data for created ticket.
