Hi,

PM gurus,my client wants to report from the break down line wise,section wise,dept wise ,equipment wise,but in standard there is no this much of available information and we are using why why also,so that plz give me some information regarding this.

Hello Narasimharao,

I understand your requirement. There will not be any option other than a development, which we did. This contains fields about an Equipment history (One Equipment each line) showing for a particular period

1.How many Breakdowns (M2 Notifications) - This cell further drills down to another custom ALV where individual Notification line will be there, also here the Why-Why analysis link isthere.

2.What is the BDn Time

3.What is the MTTR, MTBR

4. How many Planned maintenance jobs done

5. what is the total Prevetive maintenance duration

6. Equipment Availabilty and so on.

See the sample output below (Selection screen will have (Plant Section, Planner Group, Equipment number, F/Locn, From date, To date etc)

You can see number of custom reports as columns, which are drilldowns to other screens.

Hi,

Have you tried MTTR, MTBR and MCI7.

I guess these are the standard reports we have for breakdown, else you need to develop a custom report.

If you have BW/BI module with client, then this will be very easy.
