Can not Copy an Environment

I can not copy an Environment by SAP BPC WEB. The process never end.

Any tips?

Do you get similar messages when you try to process an existing dimension ? I think, you may need to check your RFC connection settings.

I tested processing an existing dimension and it also hangs. I am asking our basis to look at the RFC connnection BPC_RFC_Destination setting in SM59. This is useful, thanks for your help.

Has anyone been able to fix this? I am having the same issue in BPC NW 10.1. The copy and delete options are not finishing and they show no error messages. They keep running forever. See below:

please check as andy and BPC user suggested..

and in addition to that please go to your environment shell and check all the standard models and dimension are available or not.

if those are not available the installation is not properly done and redo the installation process.

Hi

Please make sure that one user at a time is copying the same environment.

Also , you can take back up of the environment from UJFS and restore back .

Hi Martin,

If you are copying EnvironmenShell , then there is problem with installation process of your system.

And if you are copying any other environment, then the problem is with the source environment.

As said by Mr.Andy, check ST22 and  UJA_DATA_CHECKER.

Also  check with the authorization by which you are copying the  Environment .

Any dumps at backend? have a look in ST22.

also run UJA_DATA_CHECKER program in se38 to check your environment.
