Standard Attachments and Notes in SAP BPM for all tasks

Hi forum

I need to share all the notes and attachments that the user upload in each task for all the process, but my process has some subprocess, i see that this notes & attachments are only visible for the tasks within the subprocess, and once the subprocess return to the parent processs this notes & attachments are not visible more. :'( ...

Example:

   In this task i upload 1 file & 1 note.

   In the nex task i can´t see the attachment & notes. This task entry to a subprocess.

I´m agree in one thing, subprocess can´t view notes & attachments of the parent process, or viceversa....makes sense, but should be a way to share this information.

An alternative is to use the ECM API directly to store your attachments and notes - this gives you full control over who can see what.
