Inbound delivery status not correct

Hi, experts.

   I find that some inbound delivery status is not correct.

   I checked the documents. And find two problems.

   1.putaway status is not updated after WT is confirmed.

     

   I checked the WT status, It was confirmed. But the document flow and putaway stauts is not updated.

  

2. some not relevant WT is displayed in the doucment flow.

   

      WT 2489 is also not marked as confirmed in the document flow.

      And WT 2501 & 2554 comes from two posting changes.

  

     

     Now I guess problem 2 is caused by problem 1.

     So could someone tell me where I made mistake in customizing?

Check  "Final Putaway Completed" confirmation check box in the storage type settings.

Like we use POSC or LOSC, we don't set the putaway completed in case of intermediate storage type.

If checkbox is not checked then just check it if that is your final storage type and then try to post GR/Putaway again.

Hi , all

   I want to mention that , if there are stocks in this storage type already, change of this indicator will cause some kind of inconsistency. So please be careful whe you want to change it after PRD is in use.

  With previous config, after we complete inbound process, the stock line in warehouse monitor is displayed with PDI number. For example, a stock line has 3 PC with inbound document.

After we change the config, when we outbound the stock, there will be a new stock line with -3 PC with or without inbound document number.

So now we have a lot of negative stock in warehouse monitor.

If you want to change the config, you should first move all the stocks to other storage type with the 'final putaway' indicator checked. Then after change config ,move them back.

   We don't use QM and anyother process in my opionon.

   And in other warehouse No, we don't face these problem......

   Can you give some suggestion?

I just checked two documents.

And only find difference in PPF.

This is the complete document.

This is the not started document.

Would you please give some suggestion?

Hi Hung

Its complete technical I hope. It has condition to do some operation/activity.

or

Check documents created and status of that document related.

Also check PPF monitor any failure PPF is there. Check Queue SMQ1 and SMQ2 for del.

Here where partial status is there >> No post good receipt. So check what that means. and check related document 

Check all WT and all document related to this ID in monitor .
