SAP Upgrade Pre-Check tools

Dear All

I would like to create an upgrade pre-check analysis tools. I need that please share some document which help us to create the scope document. Initially I would cover only ECC and later on other product also. It is Unix/Window & all Oracle database

the upgrade master guide and upgrade guide (refer link SAP ERP 6.0 – SAP Help Portal Page) should have all the pre-requisites for the upgrade. including source release, minimum support pack requirement, supported DB / OS for target release.

I have gone through the help profile. But did not find the useful information. Could you please just elaborate 6-10 points which to be considered for making the upgrade pre-check analysis tools like custom code analysis etc...

If you have some document like plz share the same
