Issue in crystal report export

Hi Experts,

I have few crystal reports , which I export to excel data-only format, it was working fine till I re installed crystal, after re installing crystal , I am unable to export them as excel data-only format, it gives 'export failed' error.

What could be the problem, kindly help .

I suspect that all of the export formats did not get installed when you re-installed.  I would do a repair/change install from Programs and Features in the Control Panel and make sure that all of the required export formats have been installed.

Also, what version of Crystal are you using and what version of Windows?
