Hi,

I saw many post unanswered regarding this query. Did not find any sap note either.

I am not able to create TR's for pick parts for a process order using MF60. Getting below error.

WM Material staging for production order reservation not possible.

Mesasge no. RMPU311

Diagnosis:

You cannnot carry out a WM material provision for pick parts from production order reservations in the pull list.

Procedure:

Use the appropriate transactions for the production order

Raghava

Hello Raghva,

WM material staging via production order is not possible from the pull list as per the standard SAP system design.

Please refer OSS note

1880675 - RMPU311 beim Bereitstellen von EWM-Kommissionierteile

Pick parts can be provided only for planned orders in repetitive manufacturing. For production and process orders you can use the corresponding single transaction (CO02 / COR 2).

The MF60 supports any provision of pick parts in discrete manufacturing. For production and process orders, you can use the deployment feature of COHV bzw.COHVPI instead.

Best Regards,

Hi Raghva,

You can use MF60 with WM only in REM scenario.

please see the sap help link mentioning this:

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp60_sp/helpdata/en/8a/a5a91e4adc11d189740000e8322d00/content.htm

If you want to use material staging for production orders you need to LP10 transaction then LB13 for To creation and confirmation. however you can automate the TO confirmation in batch using RLLQ0100 program as background job.

Before you can start using this process you might need to check your configuration setup as per the link below Material Staging - Warehouse Management System (WMS) - SAP Library

highlights for the same are:

Define production storage type for the production storage location and maintain supply area.

Assign both storage location to the warehouse number and WM managed sloc as the standard location.

In WM configuration for interfaces storage location control for warehouse.

Take help of your WM consultant

Regards
