Please advice on this issue:

Travel Voucher should be editable even after the final settlement and finance posting done.

I gave solution as,

you have to restrict PR05 T-code as mentioned below

User - should have Create & Diplay Authorization

Approver - Approver should have only disply and approve

Auditor - pre-audit only change and settle

Issuer said: Please give object in which authorization should be controlled.

I replied:  P_TRAVL is object where you can control the authorization for T-code PR05.

Issuer ask now: If I change authorization then , the person who is approving will not be able to add his own travel voucher

Please advice.

Please check each argument in P_TRAVL with F1 help.

Here you can find that you can set up authorization depending if the trip is for the user himself or as for other person....
