Asset Viewer - Characteristic Values

Hi Gurus,

We have implemented Asset viewer to view the asset details via SAP Portal. There are 2 issues with the display of characteristics values in Asset viewer as below:

1)       The object id (characteristic name) is not displayed properly. For example, for characteristics name - EQUIPGRPID, IFLOT/450000171/EQUIPGRPID/001 is displayed instead of EQUIPGRPID.

2)       If any of the characteristic value is blank, it is displayed as question mark (?) in the asset viewer.

Can you please help me to resolve the issue?
