Unable to acces SSAS cube in Analysis for Office

Hello,

I'm trying to access an SQL 2012 cube via SAP BI Analysis for Office but after I login into system and i need to select the source/ the cube, in the connection list i don't have any results.

The SSAS cube is available in IDT (XMLA connection) and i'm able to create reports in Webi.

Has anyone some hints/ documentation on this topic?

Hello - that is not supported for Analysis Office - Analysis Office only supports BW/HANA data sources - not universe connections

For Excel clients against universes you can try Live Office or PowerBI

I am not sure about Excel clients against SSAS

So, Analysis for Office don't support SQL Cube browsing?
