POWL Issue for Emp

Hi Team,

There is two employees with same authorization and role. But one EMP2 is having "WorkItem' , "Leave Request" and "Notification" link.

But another employees EMP1 only have Workitem. Please help what is the issue that is stopping here for EMP1 for the remaining links.

did you run  POWL_D01 if there was a powl query change recently? also does employee have workitems actually to approve also? links come here powl_query or powl_cockpit mapped to the role, if there all same, them i would suggest to run above report and delete the cache

I deleted all the queries for that user. But still the same situation. Not working still.

Look and feel of error screenshot is different.

Can you cross verify the personalization option UWL.

May be respective iview of the service hided.

Revert  if there is any clarification.

We are using POWL not UWL and after right clicking on the iview/page there is no option like User Settings. So, unable to check your option. We are also having strong feeling with your option.

We are also using POWL.Try the below steps

Step1

In portal login using admin user id .Right click the respective employee UWL page and check the hided iview and make it visible

Step 2

Clear the personalization for the issue user id.
