SAP CRM dial pad only show one BP phone number

Hello Experts,

Our customers have more than one phone number in their master data, however when an agent open a call list in order to confirm the BP, and then select the button phone (dial pad), it only show one number and we need to available all phone number alternative:

Transaction BP.

Interaction Center

Hi,

As you can see at BP transaction, there is a Preferred field. If you have more than one entry, then you should select "Standard Indicator Validity" button. Depending on the current validity date, the dialpad will choose the correct number:

Anyway, if you have only one telephone, then you can choose between Telephone or Mobile at Preferred field, then dialpad will choose the correct one as well.

If "Standard Indicator Validity" button does not appear in your system, then you will need to activate ADDR_ICOMM at SPRO transaction:

SPRO -> Cross-Application Components -> SAP Business Partner -> Activation Switch for Functions -> Active ADDR_ICOMM

This way the process is fully automated.
